What started as an idea in 2022 is now a fast-growing DTC subscription brand, delivering to over 20,000 dogs and generating high 7-figure revenues.Bereit, sich zu bewerben Bevor Sie sich bewerben, sollten Sie alle Details zu dieser Stelle in der Beschreibung unten lesen.Were currently a 15-person team and plan to grow to 35+ by the end of 2026.Nows the perfect time to join with room to shape things, real ownership, and a setup built to scale.Data is at the heart of how we grow from product to performance, from retention to logistics.But numbers alone dont lead the way insights do.And thats where you come in: You know how to dig deep, connect the dots, and turn raw data into actionable strategy.You bring clarity, not just dashboards.You work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, and Ops and youre not afraid to challenge assumptions with a data-first perspective.If youre excited to further grow our DTC pet brand with real impact and real autonomy lets talk.Activities Tasks You help us build our data warehouse likely using Y42, BigQuery, and Looker Studio and ensure that our data sources are reliable, consistent, and clean.Deep data engineering expertise isn''t necessary, but a solid understanding of data architectures, data flows, and modeling is essential.You analyze our data from business and traffic to behavioral and translate it into clear, actionable insights.Supporting strategic and operational decision-making with visualizations and dashboards that make complex information easy to understand.You develop automated solutions using no-code tools like Zapier or Make (bonus points for Python) to make recurring analysis tasks and workflows more efficient and scalable.You collaborate closely with teams like Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop and implement data-driven solutions that move the business forward.Requirements Requirements You hold a degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a comparable analytical discipline.You bring 35 years of experience in an analytical role ideally in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar environment.Youve gained initial experience in e-commerce and are familiar with key KPIs and the underlying mechanics of the industry.You have strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with databases (e.g.PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or NoSQL systems like MongoDB or DynamoDB), as well as with visualization tools (e.g.Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets, or Excel).Bonus points if you know Python (e.g.Pandas).Ideally, youve worked with APIs and understand how data flows across different systems.You have a solid understanding of data architectures and pipelines and feel confident helping us build our data warehouse likely using Y42, BigQuery, and Looker Studio even without deep data engineering expertise.You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused way and are able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Team We value diversity!
