Product Manager (m/f/d) for the IT Office InfrastructurePermanent position, full-time - Frankfurt am MainWe are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) Product Manager (m/f/d) for the IT Office Infrastructure in our IT & Digital division in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible.As a Product Manager for IT Office Infrastructure, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of your products, such as components in Microsoft 365, the Adobe Creative Suite and other Office software products, in the IT & Digital division. You will work on the vision, concepts and roadmap for the products and services. In your role, you ensure the consistent, reliable and transparent implementation of product issues and maximize the added value of your products for DFB customers, taking into account the overall portfolio. As an experienced and confident communicator, you will work closely with the specialist departments to ensure that the products meet requirements and are launched successfully.Your tasksYou are the contact person for IT projects related to infrastructure, for the strategic orientation of communication tools, such as video conferencing systems, and for the IT office infrastructure of the employeesYou are responsible for budget planning and cost control and monitor the profitability and future viability of the products through meaningful reportingYou take strategic responsibility for the vision and roadmap of the products and further develop the products technicallyYou create and prioritize the product backlog and take over the sprint planning as well as the acceptance of the sprint goalsFor larger projects, you delegate responsibility for the technical implementation to the project managerYou ensure uniform standards for the products of the same task fulfillmentYou accompany the introduction of new products and services until they are adopted into the established IT service desk and operational processes and ensure quality hereYour profileYou have a successfully completed (technical) university degree in (business) informatics, business administration, economics or equivalent in-depth experienceYour German language skills are at C2 levelYou have sound knowledge and/or several years of professional experience in the Modern Workplace environment (incl. common tools & hardware) as well as in agile project methodologyYour knowledge of Microsoft 365 components is up to date, you are familiar with all functions and have practical experience in administrationIdeally, this know-how can be proven by certificates obtainedYour in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace, you are confident in recording and prioritizing customer requirements and creating designsYou have experience with documentation and project management systems (e.g. Jira and Confluence) and can translate requirements and tasks into EPICsIdeally, you also have experience in creating business casesYou have very good analytical and conceptual skills and have a structured, independent and proactive way of workingYou have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong facilitation skills, including successful collaboration with external service providers and organizationsYou combine a very high sense of responsibility and assertiveness with a strong solution and service orientationIn addition to pragmatic implementation skills, you are decisive with regard to new product features or those to be implementedWe offerThe broadest soccer organization in Germany in terms of content and personnelVaried tasks with individual challenges that contribute to the further development of personal skills in different dimensionsA working culture characterized by respect, openness, passion and team spiritA diverse, dynamic team that has fun changing and shaping thingsThe DFB Campus is a state-of-the-art working environment with flexible workstations and various sports facilities (indoor soccer pitch, beach volleyball, gym, running track)Flexible working hours and the option to work remotelyFree drinks and subsidized lunchFree parking facilitiesMany other benefits and discounts with our contractual partnersThe German Football Association (DFB) is the association of state associations, regional associations and the DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga e.
