The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing the company''s profits by increasing sales, expanding and optimizing the product range and customer base, as well as controlling costs and creating an effective team specifically in the metal business and applications.PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIESMarket analysis in Oil & Gas, Power, Metal and Water business with focus on new salesSearch for new customers (OEM, System integrators, EPC and end users), arrangement of the meetingsPreparation of technical and commercial offers (budget and full) including technical risk assessment with the support of the Proposal/Engineering teamConduct technical presentations of the company''s productsIncrease company profits by increasing salesIndependent work in the ERP system to update the status of projectsMonthly and quarterly sales planningCompilation and implementation of sales plans and forecastsInteraction with project managers (including the company''s factories) in order to control the fulfillment of obligations to the Customer in accordance with the scheduleREQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and LANGUAGESHigher technical specialized educationExperience in sales of LV, MV Drives and/or electric motors for at least 5 years in companies with a similar profileTechnical experience in EngineeringSuccessful search for new customers, increase salesSkills in economics, finance, general understanding of business processesPersonal qualities: responsibility, organization, organizational qualities, resistance to stress, decisiveness.German, mother languageEnglish - written technical, free for communication within the companySalesforce userContact usHave we aroused your interest?
