To strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Based primarily at our headquarters in Oberhaching, with occasional business travel to Cologne, you will take a central role in guiding the financial strategy of two dynamic companies, overseeing credit decisions, and ensuring sustainable growth all within a collaborative and innovative environment.Your RoleAs CFO, you will play a central role in guiding the financial health and strategic direction of both companies. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth while empowering your team and making impactful decisions every day.Your ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy: Develop and implement the overall financial strategy for both companiesCore Finance Functions: Lead accounting, controlling, and financial reporting activitiesPlanning & Forecasting: Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modelingLiquidity & Stability: Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and capital allocationCredit Decisions: Take ownership of credit decision-making and portfolio risk managementRisk & Controls: Establish and maintain strong risk management and internal control systemsStakeholder Management: Negotiate with banks, investors, and external partnersCollaboration: Work closely with operational teams to align financial and business objectivesYour profileDegree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldSeveral years of senior financial leadership experience in a leasing company, including a valid BaFin licenseProven expertise in accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)Strong analytical skills and exceptional financial acumenSolid experience in credit decision-making and portfolio managementProficiency in building financial models and forecastsExcellent command of German and English (spoken and written)Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams(Optional) Knowledge of vehicle value developments advantageous but not requiredWhy us?At MeinAuto & Mobility Concept Group, we believe great work happens when people feel valued and empowered.
