Expert (m/f/d) SAP HR Location: Darmstadt, Germany Field of activity: IT Career level: Experienced professional Company: Rhm GmbH THESE ARE YOUR TASKS You are the global application owner of our HR IT solutions and are responsible for orchestrating the interaction of our solutions (e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, conso and payroll accounting as well as integrations) You are responsible for the HR system architecture and are an expert in our data models and flows You manage strategic projects for the further development of our HRIS systems and are responsible for the strategic alignment of our HR IT solutions with the company''s goals You ensure the operation of our HR IT applications by coordinating service providers and stakeholders on your own responsibility You will work closely with the HR process owners on the optimization and further development of HR IT applications to support and optimize HR business processes You will be responsible for the development and functionality of interfaces between various HR systems, such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Payroll, Aconso and third-party systems such as ClearSkye (IDM), SAP S4, Concur etc. You ensure system availability, performance, compliance and IT security in collaboration with internal and external partners WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration or alternatively have successfully completed specialist vocational training with many years of job-relevant professional experience You have experience in working with SuccessFactors, for example in the modules "Employee Central", "Performance & Goals", "Compensation", "Recruiting", "Integrations" etc. You have a good understanding of HR processes (e.g. payroll accounting) You have experience in project management and have a proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects You have experience in working with service management tools and ideally have already worked with ServiceNow You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English You have the ability to understand the requirements and needs of customers and users and to derive suitable measures and develop solutions You are characterized by an independent way of working, result and customer orientation, decisiveness, as well as creativity and innovative ability You also have strong communication and management skills and are a strong team player WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO We listen to you: Your ideas in line with our corporate values of creativity, openness, responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit are important to us.
