This role drives policy, risk management, and crisis readiness across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement global security strategy.Oversee physical security, crisis response, and incident management.Lead threat assessments and risk mitigation efforts.Manage executive protection and travel security.Ensure compliance with security laws and standards.Liaise with authorities and internal stakeholders.Lead and develop the corporate security team.Requirements:10+ years in corporate security, 5+ in a leadership role.Strong background in risk, crisis, and international security.Fluent in English and German.Strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills.
