Vishay is investing in another semiconductor chip factory with 300mm technology in Itzehoe, which will be operational from 2026. With this expansion, we are increasing our production capacity and creating an additional 150 jobs.Key Responsibilities Leadership responsibility for the day-to-day management of the local HR team (4 HR Specialists) and focus on their individual career developmentClose cooperation with HR managementManage, stabilize, and digitize HR Processes and structures throughout the entire HR lifecycle, Moderation and resolution of conflicts as well as labor law clarifications together with HR specialists and external partnersEnsure compliance with legal, tariff, and operational requirements, partly based on analysis of current case law. Issues concrete recommendations for actionParticipation in and responsibility for HR projects Implement the HR strategyPromote and ensure a cooperative and proactive collaboration with the local works councilPromote a positive working environmentImplementation of programs for employee and leadership developmentas well as employee retention and initiatives as well and initiatives to promote corporate culture and employee productivity Skills and Experience University degree with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification Proven and detailed knowledge in human resources, especially in the areas of personnel development, recruiting, labor law, and HR processes gained through several years of professional experience in human resources management, and a previous leadership experience Experience in change management and continuous improvement would be an advantageConfident appearance and able to deploy a consulting competence in dealing with managers and employeesHigh social competence, team abilityStructured, proactive, solution-oriented, and conscientious working styleWe accept applications in German or English .
