Project Manager - Data Center - Hyperscale - Frankfurt - Competitive Salary & Bonus SchemeOne of the prominent Project Management Consultancies we''re working with are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join their core team in Frankfurt.Most of their employees stay with them for 10 + years and the role would involve working closely with the country Director. He is keen to bring on a Project Manager who is interested in a long-term opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Handle the full lifecycle of the project, from the tendering phases through to the full commissioning stageCollaborate closely with key stakeholders throughout the project, ensuring full transparencyEngage with principle suppliers of major plant and equipment to procure key items prior to appointment of the contractors, to ensure the timely placement of orders for long lead items before the contact negotiations and award to contractors.Contribute to the M&E design and assist with M&E Consultants in achieving cost effective and efficient infrastructures on the key siteContractor management and performance, foster and manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the efficient delivery of facilities management services to the facilities.Expand upon existing business by approaching new clients throughout the process, attending events, proactively networking with other key players in the DC spaceQualifications:10 + years of Project Management experience (preferably industrial or energy infrastructure)Bachelor''s degree in engineering/comparable qualificationC1 German, and business proficiency in EnglishInterview slots are available immediately, if you saw the post here please reach out to me on my email with your availability and we can get a call setup - [email protected]
