Based in Germany or Central Europe (flexible within the region), our international hospitality client seeks a commercial revenue expert to join their business as an Area Revenue Manager on a permanent basis.This job would suit a strategic and analytical revenue management professional to be responsible for designing and implementing multi-hotel pricing strategies, leading a team, and optimising performance across a cluster of premium urban hotels.Operating across major European cities including Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, Dresden, and Prague, this international hotel group is well-established in the upper-upscale segment, with a strong focus on data-led commercial decisions and continuous improvement. With ambitious expansion and innovation plans in the pipeline, this is a key role within their commercial leadership team.The successful individual will have a degree in business, hospitality, or related field, along with at least 2 years experience in hotel revenue management across multiple properties or markets. Knowledge of international pricing strategy, forecasting, Duetto and Opera is highly desirable, along with the ability to build strong internal relationships across sales, marketing, e-commerce and operations.
