For this job, the required English level is C1 (listening, reading, and speaking)Find out what we really do at LuccaAt Lucca, we design an HR platform that makes life easier for every employee.With our suite of software, we automate internal processes to free up companies time: fewer tedious tasks, more energy for what really matters.Today, we are over 800 Luccasians based in Paris, Nantes, Marseille, Barcelona, Munich, and Geneva, and more than 8,700 clients already trust us.Lets get concrete: what will you be doing?In order to continue our expansion in this market, we are looking for a Working Student to support our growing Customer Success team in Germany.Purpose of the job:Support the deployment and configuration of Lucca solutions.Guide our clients through issues and questions about the solutions.Contribute to our onboarding and support materials.Help shape our Customer Care processes in Germany.Details of the tasks :Your missions can evolve based on your skills and experience, but here are the main tasks you will do on a daily basis:Support the roll-out of solutions (project management and implementation)Help configure the environment according to the clients specifications.Test the configurations before client meetings and the go-live.Structure and import user and legacy data.Support the Go-live and the follow-up during the first weeks of use.Collect product feedback and condense it for our product team.Adapt our software to the customers local context in Germany.Customer Care (support, account management)Respond to clients questions by finding solutions to their problems.Identify common issues and improve our client onboarding processes and/or materials accordingly.Continuously train yourself on our solutions.Take on a major role in shaping our Customer Care processes in Germany.Identify new cross sell or upsell opportunities for CS and Sales.Help us maintain a 97% satisfaction rate (while aiming for 98% ).Beyond that, depending on your skills and interests, you will have a chance to support our expansion inside Germany. This can mean taking on small strategic projects, as well as supporting other departments, such as the Country Manager, Marketing or Sales, as well.Sounds a bit like you, doesnt it? You are working towards a university degree with at least two semesters remaining. You have a Tech / SaaS affinity. Implementing softwares excites you. You are looking for a dynamic work environment with varied missions requiring versatility and organization. You speak German at a native level and you have a strong command of English. French skills are not needed, but a plus. Clear and structured oral and written communication. Taste for human contact and pedagogy. An aptitude for solving practical and sometimes technical problems.
