Job DescriptionYour RoleAs a STAT Analyst (f/m/d), you will ensure the maximum availability and operational performance of our data center security systems in line with defined SLAs. Acting as the key contact for security technology tickets across EMEA, you will coordinate troubleshooting efforts, supervise external service providers, and work closely with local security teams and the global STAT function.Your responsibilities include tracking and managing work orders in the work order management system, ensuring they are accurate, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner. You will analyze data, report errors or omissions, and proactively support incident resolution. A core aspect of the role is coordinating vendors on-site, performing knowledge base checks including site visits, and supporting programming and commissioning of security devices when required.By combining technical oversight, vendor coordination, and structured documentation, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and highly available technical environment in our data centers.Your ProfileBackground in security operations or security technology, with at least 2 years of experience in the security industry or in a role with strong customer service responsibilitiesAffinity for IT and digital tools, ideally with some experience in managing or supporting integrated security systemsFluent in English and German, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plusStrong team player with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented mannerDemonstrated customer focus, organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks independentlyHigh level of confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability in a security-critical environmentWillingness to obtain AMAG and Lenel certification within the first year of employment (supported by the company)A Bit About UsDigital Realty brings companies and data together by delivering the full spectrum of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions.
