Job Description

We are currently looking for an HR Generalist join our international HR Department, and provide support to our offices in Germany.The post-holder is responsible to provide a robust HR service and support to the Human Resources Departments daily operations: personnel administration, benefits, payroll etc. He/she mainly works within a framework of established HR processes, procedures and standard work instructions as determined by the centralised HR department and applicable local country legislations.Be responsible for all aspect of the administration involved in the employee life cycle including procedures in TransPerfects offices in GermanyPartner with the recruitment and relevant department to best coordinate employees onboardingGather required onboarding and separation paperwork in line with local regulations and Company procedures and policiesManage employees absence and leave and coordinate submission of necessary documentation for payrollCoordinate relevant training programsSupport the implementation and monitoring of performance evaluation programsImplement and localize personnel policies and procedures and maintain compliance with country regulationsHave a robust understanding and practical knowledge of Company processes and policies to advise employees and managersManage the processes for relocations and transfers including necessary visa applications, payroll transfers, etc.Maintain and implement HRIS (i.e. Workday) and employee file integrityRun and create standard reporting from HRIS (turnover, benefits, etc.)Administer different benefit plans in compliance with local regulations and Company procedures and policiesSupport and advise on employee relations procedures e.g. grievances and disciplinaries.
