We''re working as user-centric product managers for Vehicle, Autonomous Driving, NOMI (In-Car Voice Assistant and AI), Infotainment, and Smart Hardware. In addition, we also combine User Research and Interaction design to deliver solutions beyond expectations. From ideating or realizing user wishes, to creating and aligning requirements until testing the final solution, we own the process of delivering vehicles and features. Our open culture of an international team creates a diverse perspective on our products.For our team in Munich/ Berlin, we are looking for a UI /UX Designer (m/f/x)Responsibilities:Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for the NIO OS infotainment systemDrive the design process from early concepts, user journeys, and wireframes through to high-fidelity UICollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, testers, user researchers, and external partners to deliver cohesive solutionsTranslate research insights and user feedback into design directions and tangible outcomesExplore new interaction patterns and design approaches that elevate the in-car digital experienceCreate prototypes to test, communicate, and refine design ideas across stakeholdersEnsure design consistency and contribute to evolving the NIO design systemQualifications:Bachelor''s degree or higher in interaction design, visual design, industrial design, new media, computer science, or related fieldsStrong logical thinking, communication, and collaboration skillsSkilled at presenting stories, user needs, and usage scenariosPassionate about understanding cultural differences, especially in European marketsProficient in prototyping and flexible with design tools (Figma, Principle, ProtoPie, etc.)Enthusiastic about the future of automotive experiencesUnique design perspective with a passion for lifestyle and user-centered innovationExperience in navigation or media-related product design is a plusThis isn''t just another job.
