The ideal candidate excels at managing teams, ensuring product quality, and overseeing all processing workflows from raw materials to finished goods.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily cultivation activities including planting, growing, and harvesting to meet production goalsMaintain plant health and environmental conditionsManage and mentor cultivation staffOversee proper functioning of cultivation equipment and facilitiesMaintain compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best industry practicesKeep accurate records of cultivation activities and report on performance and challengesIdentify and address risks and implement preventive measures for smooth cultivation workflowsRequirementsMinimum 1 year of supervisory experience in cultivation operations, ideally in cannabis cultivationStrong knowledge of plant biology, pest and nutrient management, and environmental controlAbility to manage and mentor a team effectivelyFluency in English, professional command of French and/or Spanish is an advantageExcellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challengesFamiliarity with health and safety regulations related to cultivation environmentsWork ConditionsOnsite work in Breitenbach, Solothurn Canton, Switzerland accessible by train via Basel and nearby stations in Laufen and Zwingen
