My client is looking for an experienced Head of Operations Robotics (Hardware/Software (m/f/d) to support in scaling the business.Location: Munich.German language : fluent (mandatory).As the Head of Operations, you will lead the Product Operations Team from Application Engineering, Service & Support and Production Planning to Spare Part Business.Job functions :Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targetsOversee end-to-end operations, including supply chain, order fulfilment, production, customer success, and aftersales servicesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, productivity, and scalability across all operational areasEstablish and manage robust supplier relationships, including identification, qualification, contract negotiations, and onboardingImplement effective procurement and demand planning processesOptimize warehouse operations, focusing on spare parts management and inventory controlEnsure seamless execution of customer projects from order to delivery and after-sales supportImplement and refine processes for customer engagement, internal coordination, and productionOversee production partnerships, including contract management, quality assurance, and claims resolutionLead customer-facing negotiations and issue resolutionsImplement systems for performance assessment across our deploymentsRequirements7+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven track record in scaling operations in a high-growth technology or robotics environmentStrong understanding of industrial robotics and automation technologies, and their applications in infield use casesVery hands-on, driven by a getting-things-done mindset and a desire for executional excellenceExceptional problem-solving and conceptional skillsOutstanding leadership abilities with experience in building and motivating cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, internal and externalBachelor''s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master, MBA or other advanced degree of advantageStrong communication skills (also written), and business fluent in German and English (C1 level)Valid driving license for Germany/EUValid German residency.Please send your CV in complete confidence to : [email protected] will contact you to discuss/
