You will contribute to strengthening and evolving our clients security posture by addressing technical, organizational, and regulatory challenges. Depending on your experience, you may also support light project coordination tasks, but formal project management responsibility is not required at this stage.Key responsibilities Analyze security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats across systems, processes, and organizations Support the development and improvement of security concepts, architectures, and controls Conduct or assist with security assessments, audits, and penetration testing activities Advise clients on standards such as ISO, BSI, NIST, GDPR, DORA, and ISO 27701 Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and nontechnical stakeholdersOptional (not required): experience in project coordinationIf you bring experience in project coordination or project steering, you may optionally Support the planning and tracking of securityrelated tasks Align stakeholders and ensure structured communication Contribute to reporting, prioritization, and effort estimationThese PMrelated tasks are not mandatory and can be gradually expanded depending on your development interest. xseulkh Your Profile Degree in a relevant field (STEM, economics, law, international relations) or equivalent experience 24 years of experience in IT security, consulting, risk management, compliance, or IT/software environments Strong analytical and problemsolving skills in a security context Experience in one or more areas: Penetration testing / Red Teaming Defensive Security / Blue Team Risk Management / Governance / Compliance Information Security (ISO, BSI, NIST) Security Architecture Data Protection (GDPR, ISO 27701, DORA) Excellent communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Very good German and English; Arabic and/or Russian are a plus Project management experience is welcome but not requiredWe look forward to getting to know you.
