In this role, you will be responsible for preparing GMP/GCLP documentation, managing facility and equipment qualification tasks, supporting vendor qualification processes and training external cleaning staff according to company standards.Host audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirementsManage and support GMP/GCLP procedures, including qualification and periodic review of facility equipmentSupport vendor qualification procedures and maintain related documentation as neededAssist in coordinating facility management tasks, including review of logbooks and recordsPerform equipment qualification according to SOPs, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standardsAct as backup trainer for external cleaning staff, organizing and delivering training on company standards (including BSL2) and ensuring annual refreshersMaster''s degree in a scientific discipline with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in GMP/GCLP environmentsProven experience in equipment qualification (e.g., autoclaves, dishwashers, computerized systems) and hands-on laboratory workDocumented knowledge of laboratory procedures and strong scientific understandingProficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skillsFluent in English (written and spoken); good German language skills are mandatoryWe provide an opportunity to be part of an international company that boasts exceptional technology and a determined team.
