This will play a key role in delivering strategic sourcing initiatives and driving procurement excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, influence business decisions, and contribute to cost optimisation and operational efficiency across the organisation.Responsibilities:Lead and support end-to-end strategic sourcing activities for IT, software & hardware, from market analysis through to supplier selection and contract negotiationManage a portfolio of procurement projects, ranging from routine renewals to complex, high-value negotiationsPerform market intelligence, benchmarking, and supplier evaluations to guide sourcing decisionsAssist in contract development, risk evaluation, and compliance reviewsCollaborate with legal, finance, and business units to ensure alignment with organizational objectivesContribute to procurement transformation initiatives, including process optimization and change managementExperience Required:5+ years of IT Procurement experience across hardware & softwareDemonstrated success in negotiating supplier contracts and delivering cost efficienciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and solution-oriented approachKeen interest in IT, digital solutions, and procurement innovationExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a professional and diplomatic approachFluent English & German language
