You'll oversee our internal technology ecosystem and our clients' technical implementations, ensuring all platforms work together to maximise results while solving complex technical challenges that drive business growth.What You Will Be Doing The Big Picture Stuff: Manage and optimise technology stacks for No Fluff and our clients across multiple platforms and areas. Create integration solutions between various client platforms that save time and improve performance. Lead client technical implementation projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision. Serve as the bridge between our marketing strategists, clients, and development partners. Identify opportunities for technology improvements that deliver measurable results for our clients.The Day-to-Day Magic: Configure and maintain client platforms like Shopify, Framer and others (including advanced backend integrations). Implement and manage CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot, Pipedrive, Monday) to streamline operations for multiple clients. Deploy and optimise outreach tools (e.g. Clay, Apollo.io and Lemlist) for client lead generation campaigns. Troubleshoot and resolve Meta and Google Ads backend issues for improved client campaign performance. Coordinate with development partners on client website customisations and technical requirements. Set up and manage WhatsApp Business client campaigns through appropriate integration platforms. Apply basic front-end coding knowledge (or work with partners) to solve client interface issues and implement quick fixes.Requirements Technical Skills: 2+ years of hands-on experience with platforms (especially Shopify and Framer) Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, ) Experience with outreach and automation tools (Clay, Apollo.io, Lemlist) Basic front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Familiarity with ad platform troubleshooting (Meta, Google Ads)Soft Skills: Strong project management and multitasking abilities Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail Confident communicator, able to explain complex tech to non-technical clientsDue to the high volume of applications, we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually.
