Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Peerumade, Idukki, The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations, managing kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet standards. Additionally, the Executive Chef will be in charge of ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.Qualifications Culinary skills, Menu Planning, and Food Preparation skills Leadership and Management skills Attention to detail and Creativity in culinary creations Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants Certification from a culinary institute or equivalent experience
