Manage the production process for eachInvisible Machinespodcast episode from concept to launch. Assist with newsletter creation, scheduling, and publishing (email + LinkedIn). Identify and reach out to potential podcast guests, authors, and media partners—including executives, thought leaders, and high-profile figures. Assist in developing and managing a guest and sponsor outreach pipeline for podcasts and newsletter partnerships. Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to align content promotion with lead generation goals. Support newsletter growth and lead capture through curated content, segmented audiences, and A/B testing. Monitor platforms like Qwoted and other PR tools for relevant media opportunities that support visibility and prospect engagement. Collect and report on key content metrics across platforms (website, podcast, email, social media). Analyze promotional performance to identify trends and optimize content strategies Create regular feedback reports and trend alerts for stakeholders, flagging emerging insights or risks. Maintain and update the UX Magazine website as needed. Own and refine production and promotional workflows to ensure quality and consistency. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and report on KPIs tied to audience growth and lead generation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, sciences or a related field, with at least 4 years professional experience. Excellent communication and project management skills. Proven experience coordinating content production and promotion across digital platforms. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and moving parts. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email tools, analytics platforms, and social media management. Direct or adjacent experience with lead generation campaigns or outreach (podcast guest booking, sponsor pitching, newsletter growth). Comfortable reaching out to and coordinating with executives, creatives, and in-demand professionals. Proactive, self-sufficient work ethic with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote, asynchronous team. Bonus: Experience or interest in UX, AI, conversational interfaces, or related tech trends.
