Ensure compliance withinternal policies and regulatory requirements . Manage contract renewals, expirations, and terminations. Assist in contract negotiations by providing relevant insights. Maintain an organized repository of contracts and ensuredata accuracy . Update contract metadata, terms, and key clauses. Generate and analyze reports related tocontract performance, renewal rates, compliance status, and risk assessment . Developdashboards in Salesforceto track key contract metrics. Provideactionable insightsfrom contract data to support business decisions. Coordinate withlegal, finance, and procurement teamsto facilitate contract execution and compliance. Assist sales and account teams withcontract-related inquiries . Supportaudits and compliance checksby providing necessary contract data. Identify potentialrisks in contractsand flagnon-compliance issues . Assist in implementingrisk mitigation strategies . Recommend and implementprocess improvements and automation solutionswithin Salesforce.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degreein Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field. 5+ years of experiencein contract management, compliance, or business insights. Proficiency in Salesforceand contract lifecycle management tools. Good communication skillsand ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of billing processesand contract financial management. Stronganalytical and reporting skillswith experience in data visualization. Excellent understanding ofcontractual terms, compliance, and risk assessment . Ability tocollaborate with cross-functional teamsand support business objectives. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience inprocess automation and optimizationis a plus.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in acontract analytics role in an offshore setting . Prior experience withlegal or procurement teams . Familiarity withcontract management best practicesand regulatory requirements.
