Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Compensation management processes, deep technical knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions. Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to salary planning, bonus planning, equity programs, and compensation cycles. Customize templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, budget calculations, and compensation worksheets. Configure merit, bonus, stock, and variable pay processes within the SuccessFactors platform. Create and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, configuration guides, and user training materials. Conduct system testing, UAT support, and manage defect resolution. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations. Collaborate with cross-module teams (e.g., Employee Central, Performance Management) to ensure smooth data flow and integrated processes. Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors product releases and advise on new features and enhancements.Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module. Must have completed at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations. Strong understanding of Compensation and Variable Pay concepts (e.g., salary review, incentive plans, bonus eligibility). Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation (preferred). Proficiency in creating Compensation Plan Templates, Business Rules, and Compensation Statements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to independently manage deliverables and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Employee Central integration points is a plus.Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Nice to Have: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay module. Knowledge of BTP extensions, integration with third-party payroll providers. Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology.
