Job Description

AnalogFolk Digital requires a Head of Performance Marketing to direct our global demand generation and digital marketing programs. You will work directly under the CMO to join cross-functional teams in creating and implementing strategic initiatives that boost pipeline growth alongside revenue and brand value.Responsibilities: Developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies: Develop multi-channel multi-touch campaigns for specific segments and personas across different locations to create targeted marketing strategies at each stage of the customer journey from initial awareness to final conversion. Driving demand generation: A data-driven methodology helps pinpoint and pursue premium leads while identifying upsell opportunities and nurturing them through the sales funnel to achieve lasting conversions and boost lifetime value. Creating, implementing, and overseeing events and conference strategy: Take charge of developing strategies and managing the execution of major events and conferences to guarantee alignment with brand goals while maximizing their potential as key platforms for client interaction and lead acquisition. Optimize Digital Marketing and Web Channels: Distribute funds across digital marketing platforms and web channels such as paid search, social media, web/display advertising, email campaigns, content marketing, SEO initiatives, and on-site user experiences through strategic management and allocation. Develop cohesive strategies to boost brand visibility while optimizing user engagement and supporting growth objectives. Measuring and analyzing performance: Use advanced KPI tracking and analytics for evaluating campaign performance and discovering optimization options which will help to refine strategies and maintain success. Leading and mentoring a high-performing team: Develop a team of skilled marketing professionals who reach their maximum potential while maintaining high standards of execution through supportive mentorship.Qualifications: Five or more years of experience in performance marketing exist in the candidate who has a documented history of fueling revenue expansion within finance and B2B markets. Demonstrated expertise across multiple digital marketing platforms including paid search campaigns, social media management, email marketing strategies, content creation efforts, and display advertising methods. Advanced analytical abilities combined with expertise in using data to shape strategic decisions.
