Bruno’s Cafe is looking for a passionate Barista  who has a flair for creating exceptional Specialty Coffee  and a range of delicious beverages. If you're experienced in handling high footfall and are committed to quality and service, we'd love to have you join our team! Your Role: Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks (Cappuccinos, Lattes, etc.) Handle a variety of cold beverages (shakes, frappes, iced coffees, etc.) Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and speed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station Collaborate with the floor team to ensure smooth service during rush Help train new baristas and assist with ongoing team learning Handle equipment maintenance and ensure proper operation What You’ll Need: 2+ years of experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista Solid knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and latte art Strong communication skills and teamwork Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Passionate about customer service and quality What We Offer: A dynamic, fast-paced work environment Opportunity to work with high-quality coffee and beverages Ongoing training to enhance skills in Specialty Coffee Competitive salary and growth opportunities Staff meals
