In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through tailored staffing solutions across IT, non-IT, contract hiring, RPO, and bulk hiring verticals.Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR heads, TA leaders, and hiring managers Understand client staffing needs and present customized recruitment solutions Prepare and deliver impactful pitches, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients Collaborate with internal delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to strategize growth Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targetsWhat We’re Looking For Minimum3 years of business development experiencein the staffing/recruitment industry (IT/Non-IT/Contractual/Bulk hiring) Strong network of HR and TA decision-makers across industries Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentEducational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related fieldWhy Join Us?
