Job Title:  Marketing Manager – Jewellery (Offline & Online Sales) Location:  New Delhi Employment Type:  Full-time Reports to:  Director of Marketing / Managing Director Experience Level:  Mid to Senior Level Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager  with a strong background in the jewellery industry  to lead and execute marketing strategies across both offline and online channels . This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury branding, consumer behavior in high-end retail, and digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving traffic, and increasing sales across our physical stores and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing & Brand Development Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and increase market share in the luxury jewellery segment. Ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all touchpoints. Digital Marketing Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising. Oversee the company’s e-commerce presence and optimize the customer journey to drive conversions. Analyze digital metrics and performance data to refine strategies and improve ROI. Retail & Offline Marketing Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to increase foot traffic and sales. Work closely with retail teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals. Coordinate print advertising, PR activities, and collaboration with luxury publications. Product Marketing Collaborate with design and product teams to promote new collections and product launches. Develop compelling product stories, catalogues, lookbooks, and POS materials. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Stay up-to-date on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors’ activities. Use data insights to inform marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities. Team Leadership & Vendor Management Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and external partners (agencies, designers, photographers). Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the jewellery or luxury goods  sector. Proven success in both digital marketing  and retail/offline marketing  strategies. Strong understanding of branding, visual merchandising, and content creation. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify (or other e-commerce platforms), and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
