Job Description: Data Scientist / Python Developer (2-3 Years Experience)Position: Data Scientist / Python Developer Experience: 2-3 years Location: [Remote/Hybrid/On-site] Employment Type: [Full-time/Contract]About the Role:We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist/Python Developer with 2-3 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, Chatbots), ETL pipelines, SQL, and cloud-based ML platforms (AWS). You will work on building scalable data pipelines, implementing AI/ML models, and creating insightful dashboards while ensuring best practices in CI/CD, Docker, and Git.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Python-based applications with a strong focus on OOPs, data manipulation (pandas, numpy), and visualization (matplotlib, seaborn).Implement Machine Learning models for Classification, Regression, and Time Series Analysis.Work on Generative AI projects involving LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Chatbots, and Conversational Agents.Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines for processing structured and unstructured data.Write efficient SQL queries and interact with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.).Develop REST APIs using FastAPI/Node.js for model deployment and integration.Create and maintain custom dashboards using BI tools like Grafana.Follow CI/CD best practices, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker).Document processes, methodologies, and systems for knowledge sharing.Required Skills & Qualifications:2-3 years of hands-on experience in Python programming & Data Science.Strong knowledge of OOPs, pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn.Experience with ML algorithms (Supervised & Unsupervised Learning, Time Series Forecasting).Hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, Chatbots, Agents).Proficiency in SQL & relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).Experience in building ETL/data pipelines.Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SageMaker).Knowledge of FastAPI/Node.js for API development.Experience with BI tools (Grafana, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, Docker.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, or similar LLM frameworks.Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).Familiarity with Airflow, Kafka, or Spark for data processing.Exposure to MLOps practices.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML & Data Science projects.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Competitive salary and benefits.Career growth and learning opportunities.
