We are currently hiring for our client - A leading media and entertainment conglomerateThe Head of B2C (for OTT (Over-The-Top) streaming platform) drives growth through customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.This role leads marketing campaigns, optimizes user experience, and manages subscription models to maximize revenue. With a focus on consumer behavior and digital trends, the Head ensures the platforms success and brand growth.Responsibilities :- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to attract new subscribers and retain existing ones, ensuring consistent growth in active users.- Revenue Optimization: Oversee subscription models, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.- User Experience & Engagement: Enhance the overall user journey through personalized content, seamless interface, and targeted engagement tactics to increase customer satisfaction.- Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage analytics to drive decision-making, optimize marketing efforts, and improve user targeting and segmentation.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, content, and tech teams to ensure alignment on D2C initiatives and platform objectives.- Market Trends & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on OTT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.- Brand Growth & Awareness: Lead efforts to increase brand visibility and market share through effective D2C campaigns and strategic partnerships.- Content Strategy & Curation: Work closely with content teams to ensure the platform offers a compelling mix of original, licensed, and regional content that aligns with audience preferences and drives engagement.- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the CRM team to enhance customer engagement, reduce churn, and build long-term subscriber relationships- Analytics & Insights: Utilize data analytics and consumer insights to track key KPIs such as CAC, LTV, churn rate, and engagement metrics.Domain Knowledge :- Worked for SVoD OTT- Worked on CLM tools like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage
