Scope- Lead - Coefficient of performance• Primary responsibility to lead - Global engine COP (India, EU, US, Japan and Korea)• Additional responsibility - India Ag application / calibration.Technical Experience: -• Expertise in core Engine emission development• Development experience in Ag - EU Stage5, US Tier4, India Trem4 & Trem5 and Commercial / Passenger vehicle - BS / EU 6• Good knowledge in FIE system, EGR system, Air management and Exhaust after treatment systems • Hands on calibration experience with Ag application• Overview about global emission and in-depth knowledge about measurementprocedure • Experience in multinational organization is preferable.• Participated in field issue resolution. • Engagement in COP activity and issue resolution• Engine fluid knowledge – Oil, Fuel and coolant• Basic knowledge in engine design, which is link with oil consumption.• Strong cross function and conflict management with RnD, Production, Quality andaftermarket team.Tools: Hands on experience with calibration tools - INCA, Visu, etc.,Candidate - • Bachelor / Master of Engg / Technology in Mechanical engg / Thermal engg / ICEngine with 15 - 20 years’ experience in combustion developmentSkill Requirement: -* Engine Calibration tool Experts * Engine combustion development Expert* EGR, FIE, Turbo, EATS * Emission measurement * Industry knowledge * Innovation skill
