This role requires 4-7 years of experience, preferably in the financial services or FinTech sector, ensuring adherence to SEBI, RBI, and Companies Act regulations. Backed by industry leaders and investors, the company is focused on providing innovative financial solutions while maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance.Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, IndiaRoles and Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, FEMA, and other financial regulatory frameworks.Board & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings, including preparing board resolutions, minutes, and statutory records.Liaison with Authorities: Act as the primary liaison with SEBI, RBI, MCA, Stock Exchanges, and other regulatory bodies for regulatory filings, approvals, and submissions.Corporate Governance: Establish and implement best corporate governance practices to ensure transparency and compliance in business operations.Secretarial Functions: Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure all ROC filings (Annual Returns, Financial Statements, etc.) are completed on time.Legal & Contractual Oversight: Work closely with legal teams on corporate transactions, due diligence, and investor agreements.Policy & Compliance Frameworks: Monitor compliance risks, internal policies, and governance frameworks to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.Fundraising & Investor Relations: Assist in fundraising documentation, due diligence, and investor-related statutory requirements.Role Requirements:Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.Experience in a FinTech, NBFC, Bank, or Financial Services firm is highly preferred.
