English Language LeadWe are looking for someone who loves language in all its forms, someone who believes that words can comfort, question, bring people together, or simply make us think.As a Language Lead for our Primary and Middle School (Cambridge Lower Secondary) programs (working with children roughly between 6 and 14 years of age), you won’t just be checking lesson plans or leading a team. You will be helping young people fall in love with reading, writing, and expressing themselves in ways that feel real and meaningful.You will work closely with a thoughtful team of teachers who believe in a child-centric, people-first approach to education. Together, you will build a program where students enjoy stories, understand the world and learn to speak their minds with care and clarity.o  If you believe grammar matters but imagination matters just as mucho  if you believe exams can happen without taking away the joy of learningo  if you believe that every child has their own way of making meaning ....... you might be the person we are hoping to meet.We are not looking for someone to control the work or impose a system. We are hoping to find someone who will listen to teachers, respect students and guide the journey with patience and warmth.You will help co-create materials, mentor teachers on language practices, support assessments thoughtfully and above all, help nurture a space where reading feels like an adventure, writing feels powerful and learning feels like something we all do together.If you enjoy sitting with people to plan ideas, if you believe feedback can be kind and useful, and if you still get excited when a student writes something honest and strong, you will feel at home here.We don’t mind if you haven’t held a big title before.
