You’ll partner closely with our factory, vendors, and store teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, drive cost efficiencies, and uphold the quality that defines Amadora.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Forecasting & PlanningDevelop weekly and monthly demand forecasts based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonality.Create production schedules with the factory team to meet store replenishment targets.Procurement & Vendor ManagementSource and negotiate with raw-material suppliers (dairy, fruit purées, packaging).Evaluate vendor performance on cost, quality, and lead times; implement corrective actions when needed.Inventory Control & WarehousingMaintain optimal stock levels in central cold storage and regional warehouses.Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances.Logistics & DistributionCoordinate temperature-controlled transport to 10+ stores, ensuring on-time delivery.Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for route optimization and consolidation.Process Improvement & Cost OptimizationAnalyze end-to-end supply-chain KPIs (OTIF, inventory days, freight spend) and drive initiatives to improve them.Lead continuous improvement projects—streamlining workflows, reducing waste, and lowering costs.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to align supply-chain plans with business goals.Support new-store openings by planning inventory and logistics setup.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 3–5 years in supply chain or logistics roles within QSR, FMCG, or perishable goods industries.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.Technical Skills:Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and demand-forecasting tools.Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory).Core Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills.Proactive communicator with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Comfort with frequent travel (up to 30%) and a fast-paced, high-growth environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance bonus.Opportunity to build and scale critical supply-chain functions in a rapidly expanding brand.Clear career path into senior operations and logistics leadership roles.Supportive culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
