We are looking for a detail-oriented Design Quality Checker to ensure all interior design projects meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance. Each project is a bespoke masterpiece, meticulously tailored to reflect our professionalism and unwavering commitment. Key Responsibilities:Review and verify interior design drawings, 3D renders, and material specifications for accuracy and completeness.Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure work is executed according to design intent and quality standards.Identify deviations from approved designs and coordinate with the design and execution teams for corrective actions.Ensure adherence to company standards, best practices, and client-approved specifications in all aspects of the project.Inspect materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for quality, consistency, and proper installation.Maintain detailed QC reports, checklists, and photo documentation for every project phase.Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and project managers to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.Monitor snag lists and ensure rectification work is completed before handover.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.2+ years of experience in interior design or design consultancy roles.Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or other 3D visualization tools.Strong understanding of materials, finishes, color theory, and space planning.Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering quality design solutions.Location: Baner, PuneIf you're passionate about redefining living spaces and creating timeless designs, SpazioLiv welcomes you to be a part of our visionary team.
