3D Designer – FacadeExperience: 4-5 years in 3D modeling, preferably in facade designWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Designer specializing in facades to join our team.This role requires expertise in developing high-quality 3D models, technical drawings, and visualpresentations for complex facade systems. If you have apassion for transforming ideas into precise, innovative, and visually appealing facade designs, wewant to hear from you!'Key Responsibilities:3D Design & VisualizationCreate accurate and high-quality 3D models for facade designs, considering structural, material, and aesthetic aspects.Develop innovative facade concepts that balance design, performance, and functionality.Generate realistic renders, animations, and visualizations to support design presentations.Modify and improve existing designs to enhance durability, efficiency, and aesthetics. Technical Development & DocumentationDevelop detailed technical drawings, 3D layouts, and fabrication-ready designs using CAD and BIM software.Ensure all models and drawings comply with engineering standards, building codes, and project specifications.Maintain and update a database of facade components, materials, and structural details for reference.Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for facade fabrication and installation. Material Selection & Structural IntegrationResearch and recommend suitable materials, finishes, and facade systems based on performance, cost, and environmental impact.Work closely with engineers to ensure structural feasibility, thermal efficiency, and weather resistance of facade designs.Optimize fabrication and installation processes by integrating modular and prefabricated facade solutions. Collaboration & PresentationWork closely with architects, structural engineers, and facade consultants to align design intent with project requirements.
