The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential and commercial real estate sales, excellent client management skills, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of sales executives. This is a leadership opportunity to work on premium property projects and contribute directly to the company’s growth.Key Responsibilities• Lead the end-to-end property sales process — from lead generation to deal closure• Manage a team of sales executives and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property walkthroughs• Strategically pitch residential and commercial properties based on buyer profiles• Develop deep knowledge of local market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies• Oversee CRM management, lead nurturing, and follow-ups via WhatsApp Business and calls• Assist in marketing initiatives, property promotions, and client engagement campaignsCandidate Requirements• 3–7 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector (residential apartments, villas, or commercial spaces)• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales objectives• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English• Proficient in using CRM systems, Google Sheets, and digital communication tools• Well-versed with Vadodara’s real estate market will be an added advantage• Graduate degree preferred (Business, Commerce, or Marketing specialization ideal)• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and conducting property site visitsWhat We Offer• Leadership role with significant autonomy and decision-making power• Attractive salary package with high-performance incentives and rewards• Opportunity to work with premium real estate projects in Vadodara• Collaborative and growth-driven work environment• Career advancement opportunities into senior management
