Our solutions aim to bring efficiency and vigor to businesses with extraordinary experiences.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Snowflake Admin role located in Bhilai. The Snowflake Admin will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Snowflake cloud data platform, ensuring data security, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting data-related issues on a day-to-day basis.Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain Snowflake environments including configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and manage security policies within Snowflake.Monitor storage usage, compute costs, and optimize query performance.Manage user accounts, roles, warehouses, databases, schemas, and resource monitors.Automate routine tasks using scripts or orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, DBT, etc.).Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and DevOps teams to support data pipelines and analytics solutions.Support data ingestion from various sources using tools like Fivetran, Informatica, or custom scripts.Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and tested.Perform patching and upgrades as needed.Document administrative processes and provide training/support to internal teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or Data Engineer with at least 1–2 years in Snowflake.Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake administration and optimization.Experience with SQL and scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline orchestration.Understanding of data governance and security best practices.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
