Job Overview:A Marketing Automation Executive is responsible for managing marketing automation tools, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless customer interactions through various platforms. This role involves CRM automation, email and WhatsApp automation, landing page management, webinar coordination, and automation strategies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in automation tools and be able to manage automations effectively.Job Type: Full TimeLocation: BangaloreAcademic Qualification: Any GraduateLanguages: English (Additional languages are a plus)Desired Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or digital marketing.The candidate should be open to work on weekends if required (Compensatory o will be provided).Desired Skill:• Experience with marketing automation tools such as WATI, CRM software, and email marketing platforms (Convertkit, HubSpot, Sendgrid, etc.).• Proficiency in WhatsApp & Email automation workflows.• Knowledge of payment automation and invoice processing.• Proficiency in webinar management tools (Zoom,Everwebinar e.t.c).• Familiarity with landing page management (WordPress or other CMS platforms).• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and optimize automation flows.• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier and Pabbly for workflow automation and integrations.• Understanding of API connections and Webhooks to integrate different marketing platforms.• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and implement automation strategies effectively.Tasks and Responsibilities:• Setting up and managing WhatsApp & email automation workflows.• Automating payment invoice processes for smooth transactions.• Managing landing pages to optimize user experience and conversion rates.• Handling link management and tracking for marketing funnels.• Setting up reminder automation to ensure timely follow-ups.• Coordinating webinar management, including schedules, links, and chat support.• Updating and modifying email and WATI templates.• Utilizing Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking, automation, and reporting.• Creating and managing automation workflows using platforms like Zapier and Pabbly.• Setting up API integrations and webhooks to connect different marketing platforms and CRMs.• Analyzing marketing performance data and making necessary improvements.• Keeping up with the latest trends in automation tools and CRM technology.Website:Media:
