We are looking for a Partner Sourcing - Specialist responsible for identifying,evaluating, and onboarding dependable partners and field executives, with a focus onthose experienced in Background Verification (BGV). This role will cover bothdomestic sourcing (India) as well as international sourcing, enabling IDfy to expandits global operational footprint.Key Responsibilities:• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable partners and field executives for addressverification services across domestic and international markets.• Focus on sourcing vendors/agencies with prior experience in BGV and fieldverification processes.• Build and maintain a robust partner network to meet operational requirementsacross cities, remote areas, and international locations.• Develop region-wise sourcing strategies based on business demands andoperational needs.• Negotiate contracts and terms with partners to establish clear service-levelexpectations and commercial agreements.• Maintain a well-documented and updated partner database for efficientresource allocation across geographies.• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Partner Development, Operations, ZTPTeam, etc.) to understand sourcing needs and align partner onboardingaccordingly.• Evaluate partner performance regularly, ensuring they adhere to IDfy’s qualitystandards, process guidelines, and Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP).• Explore new sourcing channels, including online platforms, industryassociations, referrals, and international vendor networks.• Stay updated with country-specific regulations and compliance requirementswhile sourcing international partners.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in vendor sourcing, internationalprocurement, or partner management is preferred.• 2+ years of experience in sourcing vendors/partners, preferably in thebackground verification, logistics, or field operations industry.• Experience sourcing international partners will be a strong advantage.• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Familiarity with international sourcing practices, vendor onboarding, andcross-border coordination.• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience working with sourcingplatforms, vendor databases, and procurement tools.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with tight deadlines.• Problem-solving mindset with an ability to anticipate operational challenges andproactively address them.
