If that sounds like something you'd like to be part of, read on...About the role:We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic, and street-smart Creative Video Producer who is passionate about creating compelling content and staying ahead of the curve with social media algorithms in 2025. You will be responsible for managing the entire video production process—from concept development, recording, editing, and distribution—tailored to various platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You must have a keen understanding of how social media algorithms work, be adaptable, and have a creative mindset to produce viral, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Develop, script, shoot, and edit video content for social media, including short-form and long-form formats. Adapt and optimize videos for different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring content resonates with target audiences. Experiment with new video styles, trends, and formats to enhance audience engagement. Social Media Strategy & Algorithm Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, viral video formats, and platform algorithm updates (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Apply data-driven insights to optimize video content for reach, engagement, and virality. Develop strategies to increase organic reach, audience retention, and engagement across various social media platforms. End-to-End Video Production: Oversee the complete video production process—from pre-production (planning and scripting), shooting, editing, to final distribution. Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) and tools for seamless production. Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetics across all video content. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to align video content with overall brand strategy. Collaborate with influencers, talent, and other creatives for on-brand video production. Street Smarts & Adaptability: Be able to quickly pivot content strategies based on trends, audience feedback, and viral moments. Understand how to engage different types of audiences across various social media channels while maintaining the brand’s authenticity. Analytics and Reporting: Use platform analytics and insights to evaluate video performance. Report on key metrics such as engagement, views, shares, and growth, and recommend adjustments to future video strategies.Key Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in full-stack video production and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing content for social media platforms. Expertise in video editing using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.). Strong understanding of social media algorithms in 2025, with the ability to adapt content to the latest platform trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Street-smart, with a deep understanding of pop culture, viral trends, and the ability to produce content that resonates with online communities. Solid knowledge of audio/video production—including lighting, sound design, and framing for high-quality shoots. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
