Yardi Report WriterWe are looking for a detail-oriented Yardi Report Writer with strong data management skills to support financial and lease administration processes.Responsibilities:Compile and submit tax reimbursement requests monthly, ensuring accurate supporting documents.Process annual state filings, verify information, and maintain compliance records.Scan, track, and email weekly assessment notices to tenants per company guidelines.Reconcile managed bank accounts monthly, identifying discrepancies and coordinating with PSTL for adjustments.Organize real estate tax invoices daily, ensuring accurate digital storage.Support lease administration, including lease renewals and data entry for newly acquired properties.Assist with ongoing projects as assigned by PSTL.Preferred Skills:Experience in Yardi/MRI reporting & data entry.Strong data organization, accuracy, and analytical skills.Knowledge of data ecosystems and platforms like Term Sheets.Proficiency in MS Excel, with SQL experience preferred.Power BI knowledge is a plus.
