Hiring Salesforce Technical ArchitectExperience: 12+ years Location: Hyderabad(3 Days work from Office)Notice Period: Need this position to be closed urgently. Looking for Immediate to 15 days notice.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP)• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, maintainable, and extensible Salesforce solutions.• Experience in leading technical teams and collaborating with project stakeholders.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Responsibilities• Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements and adhere to Salesforce best practices.• Lead technical teams in the development of Salesforce customizations and integrations.• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Salesforce developers.• Conduct code reviews to ensure that Salesforce code adheres to best practices.• Evaluate third-party Salesforce applications and make recommendations for their use.• Participate in the Salesforce release management process, including testing and deployment.• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet their business requirements.• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce solutions.• Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices and make recommendations for their use.About Us The KSquare Group was established over 10 years ago in Dallas TX, we are a multinational company with presence in different countries such as Mexico, US, Dominican Republic, India and Guatemala currently being more than 300+ KSquarians and growing.
