The role will oversee and manage all technical aspects of the chemical manufacturing plant. Project Management: Oversee technical projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Manage contractors and suppliers involved in technical projects. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve plant operational issues. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain a proactive approach to prevent potential operational disruptions.
