Wipro is Hiring!!We’re looking for a Lender Reporting Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant reporting to our lending partners.Role: Lender ReportingLocation: GurugramShift: 6pm-3:30amDesignation: Senior AnalystHOW YOU ADD VALUEPreparing multiple reports across funds focusing on debt metricsDaily maintenance of Chatham debt databasePreparing lender reporting and submitting to loan servicersUnderstanding loan agreements and applying terms to reporting requestsReview fund reporting metrics and play a key role in understanding process and performance across all asset classesGeneral Debt Management including Loan onboarding, Compliance certificate filing, Preparation of Loan reporting to monitor & share different aspects & cadence with stakeholders, including but not limited to Interest, amortization, Guarantees, compliances etc.Overseeing reserves & commitments, following up with departments to get relevant documents for release of reserves to increase cash inflow.Liaise with different departments & stakeholders to get multiple data inputs & information for preparing monitoring & compliance reporting of loan related data.What You Bring To The RoleRequired:Master’s degree in business, Finance, or related areaMicrosoft Office proficiencySolid understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Business principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong quantitative and spreadsheet skillsDetail-oriented and self-motivatedStrong technological, analytical, and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detailSound judgment in dealing with lender relations and in evaluating when to appropriately escalate issuesStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, self-starter, team player, and have ability to handle multiple projects at oncePreferred:Commercial, Hotel, Retail, Industrial or Multifamily real estate experienceWe would like at least 5 years’ experience with knowledge of lender reporting on commercial real estate loans.Chatham experience requiredIf your profile matches with the above criteria share your resume at palak.601@
