Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems is essential, along with expertise in reading technical drawings and P&IDs. Experience with refrigeration, UHT, or canning equipment is highly preferred. You’ll perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and installations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and a willingness to travel over 20 days/month are key. A degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is required. Knowledge of FAT and safety standards is a must.Work Experience: 5+ years of experience as a service engineer, field service technician or similar role in technical support and maintenance.Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical or electronic systems and components, as well as good knowledge in drawing reading and P&ID is must.Performing on-site repairs, maintenance and installations of equipment and machinery (Experience on Refrigeration & freezing equipment, UHT equipment, Canning equipment etc. will be a first preference)Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. (Good electrical knowledge will be a first preference)Conducting preventive maintenance checks and routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment reliability to avoid any kind of major breakdown.Customer-focused attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills. collaborating with internal teams, including sales, project team, engineering and product development, to address customer needs and provide technical assistance.Documenting service activities, including service reports, Spare parts requirement and customer communication, to maintain accurate records and ensure traceabilityAbility to work independently and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (Traveling more then 20days/months) Knowledge of safety protocols and standards for working with machinery and equipment.Good knowledge in factory Acceptance Test (FAT).Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering – Mechatronics /Mechanical /ElectricalEqual Opportunity Employment: JBT Marel provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and qualified applicants for employment.
