In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding CA students academically and managing batch operations to deliver a comprehensive and structured learning experience inTamil and English. Key Responsibilities: Academic Tutoring : Conduct engaging, personalized tutor sessions to help students grasp challenging concepts in subjects of CA Intermediate and CA Foundation. Session Management : Lead daily sessions scheduled between 9 AM and 7 PM, adhering to FOCAS Edu's structured educational approach. Student Accountability : Monitor student progress, ensure they are following their study plans, and motivate them to stay focused on exam goals. Assessment & Feedback : Review assignments and test papers, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to improve student performance. Coordination : Collaborate with faculty members to synchronize teaching and tutor sessions, ensuring a seamless and engaging educational experience for students. Requirements: Qualification : Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with a strong academic foundation. Commitment : Ability to commit to a full-time role with structured schedules. Operational Skills : Comfortable managing batch operations and coordinating schedules efficiently. Strong Communicator : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students.
