PFB the job description.Position Title :Analyst – FP&A Company :Argenbright Master Holding’s (AMH) – Global Business Services (AMH Services) Shift :3pm – 12 am Experience :2-5 years of experience post MBA (IIM grads) Location :Gurgaon, Sector 49JOB PURPOSE AMH Finance Team based in India works closely with finance teams of operating companies of Argenbright Group in US & Europe.This role is an integral part of Argenbright’s group leading entity's (a $2.1B revenue) Finance organization. It is the largest ground handling & aviation services company in North America. With stations in more than 200 airports, provide a full range of ground aviation services, from ticketing and ground handling to cabin cleaning and cargo. It’s a well-known and well-respected for our innovative and agile operations.We're looking for a dynamic, high energy finance professional who is open to travel to the US, works closely with Business and Finance teams, Finance professional shall be comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment, agile and must be able to analyse and evaluate complex financial reports.Financial Reporting: - Assist in creating straightforward financial reports. Flux analysis, budget vs actual, categorization of expenses - Learn to analyze financial data to identify trends in Cash inflows, Opex expenses, and other budgetary functions. - Payment Processing Support: - Learn about payment processing and contribute to oversight. - Assist in resolving basic payment-related issues. Which involves mapping payment processor data to cash settlements.Cash Flow Assistance: - Assist controller with cash flow forecasting tasks. - Collaborate with the team to track cash inflows and outflows. - Long term planning of cash flows and location of funds within entitiesPreferred candidate profile: - Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles. - Intermediate Excel proficiency. Sumifs, Xlookup, Pivot tables, Power Query - Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team and build out new processes and forecasting techniques. - Power-Bi experience / SQL is nice to have - Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments.
