About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to take ownership of enhancing and managing ourIvantiService Desk Platform. This role is critical to ensuring the system operates efficiently and evolves in line with business needs.Key responsibilities include: Provide Ivanti platform support for internal users, ensuring a high-quality and consistent customer experience Escalate complex incidents to appropriate internal support teams in accordance with established processes Collaborate with global IT teams (e.g., Business Applications) where cross-functional issue resolution is required Act as the main liaison with Ivanti for support, guidance, and product issue resolution Perform regular (weekly and monthly) administrative tasks to ensure optimal platform performance Ensure all platform environments are maintained and secure Follow internal security and compliance processes in line with company and regulatory standards Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and functionalities within Ivanti modulesSkills Required: 3+ years experience as an Ivanti Platform Administrator Expertise across multiple ITSM toolsets Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 Microsoft Suite of products Microsoft Exchange Previous experience working within a customer-focused environment is essential People person with great commnication skillsAt RWS, we’re here for one purpose: unlocking global understanding.As a unique, world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content, and intellectual property services, we remove the barriers to communication to make global connection possible.
