TheProject Manager - Pharma Content Productionwill be responsible for managing the production of various pharma content assets such asVeeva approved emailers, iDetail, eDetail, banner development, print designing, and pharma content QA . This role will work closely with the internal production team and Pharma Brand Managers to support their requests and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.What You'll do:Collaborate with Pharma Brand Managers to understand their content needs and ensure that the produced content meets their requirements.Ensure that all content produced is compliant with regulatory they are meeting project objectives and deadlines.Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and productivity.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform project strategy and execution. • Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and assign resources basis coordination with other leads.Convert requirements into tasks and determine task priorities for individual team members and the project.Deliver project status reports and host project office and steering committee calls.Responsibility to ensure timely completion of projects, including dependent activities or tasks.Manage the project and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery and quality.Carry out multiple projects simultaneously and should be able to release product within the deadline.Work effectively in collaboration with other team members and other support functions when required.Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project requirements according to the project scope.Keep stakeholders informed of content project status and deliverables, as well as risk and mitigation strategies.Develop and regularly monitor volumes and strategize for maximum results.What you'll need:Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharma industry.Knowledge of iDetail,eDetail, CLM presentation is a must.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality systems in the pharma industryAbility to analyze data and provide insights for project optimization.Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.Leadership qualities to motivate and guide team members towards project success.Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies.
