Job Description

Position Overview:TheMarketing Executivewill be responsible for managing agencies for performance marketing campaigns, brand campaigns, and SEO. The role requires strong expertise inperformance marketing , hands-on experience withcontent creation , and a solid understanding ofSEOpractices. The ideal candidate will have experience working withdigital marketing agenciesand executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Marketing:Plan, execute, and optimizepaid advertising campaignsacross various platforms includingGoogle Ads ,Meta Ads ,LinkedIn Ads , and others.Monitorcampaign performance , track key metrics such asCPC ,CPM ,ROI , andconversion rates , and provide insights for improvement.Work closely with theAVP, Growthand external agencies to develop strategies that increase lead generation, website traffic, and sales.Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting, and strategies.Optimize campaigns and ensure thecost-per-acquisition (CPA)is within the target range.2. Content Writing & Strategy:Develop high-quality, engaging content forwebsites, blogs, social media, email campaigns , and other marketing materials.Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling content that aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience.Create SEO-friendly content that supportsorganic searchefforts, enhances user engagement, and contributes to lead generation.Stay updated with trends incontent marketing , customer behavior, and industry-specific changes to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.3. SEO & Web Optimization:Conduct SEO auditsand implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improveorganic search rankings .Optimize content, landing pages, and websites forsearch engines , focusing on keyword research, link-building strategies, and metadata optimization.Analyze website traffic and user behavior usingGoogle AnalyticsandGoogle Search Consoleto identify SEO opportunities.Ensure that all content followsSEO best practicesand contributes to improving search visibility.4. Digital Marketing Agency Management:Manage relationshipswith external digital marketing agencies to execute marketing strategies, ensuring they align with the company’s goals.Provide guidance, feedback, and clear communication to digital agencies for campaign execution and optimization.Evaluate the performance of agency-managed campaigns, ensuring that KPIs are met and suggesting adjustments as necessary.Ensure timely reporting from agencies and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.5. Reporting & Analytics:Create and presentregular reportson the performance of digital marketing campaigns, content performance, and SEO improvements.Use analytics tools such asGoogle Analytics ,SEMrush ,Ahrefs , and others to measure the success of marketing activities and make data-driven decisions.Track and report on keydigital KPIs , such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rates (CTR), and customer acquisition cost (CAC).6. Brand Development:Collaborate with thebrand teamto create content and campaigns that build and strengthen the Kimirica Hunter International brand presence.Help establish brand guidelines for digital marketing activities, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all platforms.Qualifications and Requirements:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degreeinMarketing ,Communications ,Business Administration , or a related field.2-4 years of experienceinperformance marketing ,content writing , andSEO .Proven experience in managingdigital marketing campaignswith measurable results.Experience working withdigital marketing agenciesand handling campaigns across various digital platforms.Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in performance marketing toolssuch asGoogle Ads ,Facebook/Meta Ads ,LinkedIn Ads , etc.Solid understanding ofSEO principlesand hands-on experience withSEO toolssuch asSEMrush ,Ahrefs ,Moz , orGoogle Search Console .Strongcontent writingskills, with the ability to create engaging, SEO-optimized copy for various digital channels.Ability tomanage multiple campaignssimultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs.Experience withemail marketingplatforms likeMailChimp ,HubSpot , orKlaviyois a plus.Proficient inGoogle Analytics ,Google Tag Manager , and other analytics tools to track performance.Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.Knowledge ofconversion rate optimization (CRO)best practices is a plus.
